Membership fees, admission fees and share capital contributions are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable rules, bye-laws or law.
Deposits, savings, loan repayments and other financial transactions will be handled according to the Society's applicable rules, bye-laws and regulatory requirements.
If an amount is debited due to a failed or duplicate transaction, the Society will verify the transaction and process any eligible refund or adjustment as per applicable procedures.
Processing fees, administrative charges and other service charges are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified by the Society or required by applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another approved method after verification.
